	Yanchep Sun City Only 15 mins drive north from SeaScapes Mindarie, Yanchep Sun City is Perth's Northern Jewel. The name derives from an average of 300 days of sunshine per year. In the world famous National Park, you can visit koalas in their natural habitat. Hire a boat on Loch McNess or cruise the lake on MV Kiwanis. Take a trip to yesteryear through Gloucester Lodge Museum. Join a guided tour of the beautiful Crystal Cave (it was used at the turn of the century for ballroom dancing!). For golf lovers there is also the excellent Sun City Country Club & Golf Course. There many BBQ and picnic areas in both the National Park and Yanchep Lagoon Beach.
